Abro Egypt Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing with Abro Egypt. We strive for full customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange, for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, submitting photos or videos as evidence.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following must apply:
- Item is in original condition: unused, with all parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging.
- Seals, if applicable (e.g. on containers, lubricants, adhesives), are intact (unless damaged or defective).
- You have proof of purchase (invoice, order number).
- Return is initiated within the return period (14 days for general returns, 48 hours for reporting damage/defect).
3. Items Not Eligible
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used items, or items with broken seals (unless damaged in transit or defective).
- Products that are by nature consumables or hazardous once opened (e.g. certain chemicals, adhesives, or sealants after seal is broken) if safety/hygiene is affected.
- Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items explicitly marked as non‑returnable.
- Customized or specially ordered items (if applicable).
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team via email/WhatsApp/through your account within 14 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Provide your order number and reason.
- If the product is damaged or defective, include clear photos/videos showing the condition.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions (and if applicable, a shipping label) for sending the item back.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, defective), Abro Egypt will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Refunds & Replacements
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider / bank, this may take 3‑14 business days.
- If replacement is requested and stock is available, we will ship the replacement once return is processed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos/videos).

We will assess the issue and offer either a full refund or replacement (your choice), including covering any return transport cost.
8. Partial Refunds / Missing Items
- Returns may be subject to partial refunds if parts/accessories/manuals are missing or if original packaging is damaged (not transit damage).
- Items that do not meet eligibility criteria may be rejected or incur a restocking/processing fee.
9. Legal Rights
- This policy is in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. It does not affect your statutory rights.
- You are entitled to the protections offered by law for misrepresentation, unsafe products, etc.
